2022 Exhibition

Sadly, it has been decided to postpone the planned 2021 exhibition until 2022.

Our previous exhibition in 2018 was also at the Tithe Barn. This is just a selection of the work that was on show then.
Our Triennial exhibition was held in June 2018, running from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th. These are just some of the items from the exhibition.

Every year the branch awards a bursary to a member from the Yorkshire and Humber Region who is undertaking a recognised Qualification in Embroidery and Mixed Media. The following images show work from recent bursary winners.

Jane Hare

Jessica Grady

Linda Crooks
We had a very successful sales table, raising funds.

The branch runs a stitch club in the morning before the monthly meeting. These are some of the results of that stitch club.

There was a competition with embroidered post cards of well loved places in Yorkshire. Shirley won the 'visitors choice' competition with her study of puffins.

The exhibition was held at the Tithe Barn, Nether Poppleton, York,
The Stamford Bridge Tapestry Project  exhibited next door in St Everilda’s church.
